The Nakagawa Denka Group's efforts in mold making began in the 1970s. To accommodate hundreds of different parts in small quantities and with short delivery times, we have established a system for rapid mold production and accumulated technology and know-how regarding mold structures. To achieve the production of a wide variety of molds with high quality and short lead times, we have built an integrated system that allows for efficient design and manufacturing. We handle the design of processes such as press processing, injection molding, insert molding, hot melt molds, production equipment, and work improvement jigs. From this experience and know-how, we excel in designing molds and related equipment with consideration for durability, maintainability, and productivity. **Features** - Integrated system from design to manufacturing - Achieving high-quality and short lead times for a wide variety of mold production *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationThe origin of Nakagawa Denka Group's metal processing technology lies in the press processing technology from the founding days and the commitment to technical refinement. In the 1970s, we began to seriously engage in precision metal processing by introducing AGIE wire electrical discharge machines to improve mold processing accuracy and to perform more complex shape processing. Our company has established a system for producing high-precision parts and molds in a short period. We process high-hardness materials and cemented carbide using machining centers, wire electrical discharge machines, die-sinking electrical discharge machines, and grinding machines. With machining center processing, we can also perform 3-axis processing (complex curved surfaces, complex surfaces) and mold repairs and maintenance using laser welding machines. We are advancing our system towards micron-level precision processing to further improve accuracy. [Features] ■ Realization of a high-precision processing system ■ Processing of high-hardness materials and cemented carbide is also conducted *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe hot melt molding of the Nakagawa Electric Group began with the supply of in-vehicle components for hybrid vehicles. Through repeated trial and error regarding materials, surface roughness, gate positions, and cooling circuits, we developed unique molds and molding units. Compared to conventional potting molding, our process allows for molding at low pressure and low temperature. Additionally, as a result of our unique research and development, we have minimized damage to circuit connections while enabling weight reduction and miniaturization. Furthermore, by using transparent materials, it is easy to check the circuit connections even after molding. 【Features】 ■ Molding at low pressure and low temperature ■ Minimizing damage to circuits *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
