The "PAF-2 Series" is a device used for dissolving soda ash for calcium removal in the treatment of leachate at landfill sites. In the initial stage, coagulation reactions are performed to remove calcium. If this calcium removal is not carried out, issues such as clogging of downstream piping and reduced biological treatment efficiency may occur, but this device solves those problems. This device adopts a proportional injection method, maintaining a constant designated dissolution concentration and performing automatic continuous dissolution. 【Features】 ■ Supply Unit - Easy concentration adjustment, easy maintenance, visual confirmation of powder feeding state, simple structure ■ Dust Control: Minimizes the chemicals that spray out from the tank lid ■ The proportional injection method allows for maintaining a constant dissolution concentration ■ No undissolved material, with sedimentation prevention control implemented ■ Compatible with both bulk bag and tanker loading methods *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

In the field of factory wastewater, with the strengthening of environmental regulations, water quality management and reduction of environmental impact have become important issues. In particular, the removal of suspended solids and organic matter from wastewater is essential for preventing water pollution. If appropriate filtration treatment is not conducted, there is a risk of exceeding wastewater standards, which could lead to fines or operational suspension. Additionally, consideration for the environment is increasingly recognized as a corporate social responsibility. Reach filters utilize fine bubble technology to achieve efficient filtration and ensure stable water quality. Furthermore, they contribute to the reduction of industrial waste by eliminating the need for media replacement, thereby reducing environmental impact. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Factory wastewater treatment - Improvement of wastewater quality - Reduction of environmental impact 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Stable water quality - Cost reduction - Zero industrial waste - Contribution to the SDGs

We developed this device focusing on the issue of "filter media cleaning" that existed in sand filtration systems. Previous devices performed air and water cleaning as separate processes. This device improves the cleaning effect by conducting both processes simultaneously through W cleaning. The cleaning water contains highly effective microbubbles, which have been technically certified by the Fine Bubble Industry Association (FBIA), an organization under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. The condition of the filter media after cleaning can also be visually confirmed through a large inspection window. 【Features】 ■ Filter media cleaning using microbubbles (NEW!) ■ No need for filter media replacement (5-year warranty) ■ Stable water quality ■ Easy-to-use touch panel ■ Usable without a backwash tank (space-saving) It also contributes to "safe and hygienic water supply," "effective use of natural resources," and "measures against global warming." *You can view comparison materials and case studies from the "PDF Download."

At a major gas company in Chiba Prefecture, the concentration of reducing water varies by area; in low-concentration areas, it is a few mg/L, while in high-concentration areas, it can reach up to 80 mg/L. Conventional sand filtration systems were applied to brine with SS concentrations of approximately 30 mg/L or lower. However, in brine with high SS concentrations, the filter bed became clogged within a short period (a few months), leading to an inability to continue operation (due to insufficient cleaning power). In this situation, by adopting the "Reach Filter," which has a very high filter bed cleaning efficiency, it became completely applicable to brine with high SS concentrations and has been adopted in other high SS concentration areas as needed. [Case Study] ■ Location: Major gas company in Chiba Prefecture ■ Application: Purification of brine in water-soluble gas fields ■ Purpose of filtration: To suppress ground subsidence and maintain the reducing capacity of reducing wells by removing SS from brine ■ Type of raw water: Brine ■ Model and processing capacity: RFE-2000 and others ■ Filter media used: Silica sand *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "Powdered Activated Carbon Automatic Supply Machine" is a simple yet reliable supply device that uses powdered activated carbon with a moisture content of 50% and automatically supplies a constant required amount continuously. It is equipped with a rotatable rake to prevent the very poorly flowing powdered activated carbon in the hopper from solidifying, compacting, or forming bridges. Additionally, there is a powdered activated carbon supply device at the bottom of the hopper, which supplies the powdered activated carbon, drawn in by the rake, in a sheet form through the clearance of a pair of metering rotors. The powdered activated carbon that adheres to the surface of the metering rotors of the supply device is removed by a scraper, allowing for smooth supply of the powdered activated carbon. 【Features】 ■ A device that supplies powdered activated carbon with a moisture content of 50% ■ Equipped with a rotatable rake to prevent the formation of bridges ■ Supplies powdered activated carbon in a sheet form through the clearance of a pair of metering rotors ■ Powdered activated carbon adhering to the surface of the metering rotors is removed by a scraper *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "Reach Filter" is an activated carbon adsorption device used to remove chemical substances contained in treated water from manufacturing water, factory wastewater, drinking water, and sewage treatment. To demonstrate adsorption performance, the entire activated carbon in the adsorption tank is fluidized and mixed with washing water and bubbles of air for cleaning, allowing for the washing and removal of SS (suspended solids) adhering to the activated carbon, which can then be discharged outside the adsorption tank. Since the adsorption performance of the activated carbon can be maintained for a long time, running costs can be significantly reduced. It can also be utilized as regenerated carbon, making it an environmentally friendly device that effectively uses resources. 【Features】 ■ Improved adsorption efficiency and reuse of activated carbon ■ Reduced running costs and treatment costs for activated carbon ■ Increased work efficiency ■ Reduced ancillary equipment and maintenance management for the device *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

The "Reach Filter" is a device that removes SS (suspended solids) contained in wastewater from factories, as well as in drinking water and sewage treatment, playing an important role in the finishing process of water treatment. It cleans the entire sand layer by moving it in three-dimensional directions—up and down, horizontally, and laterally—completely removing the suspended solids captured in the gaps of the sand. Additionally, it performs simultaneous air cleaning while vigorously scrubbing, removing surface dirt. With the capability of complete cleaning, sand replacement is unnecessary even after five years, and the sand remains very clean overall. 【Features】 ■ Removes dirt adhered to the sand surface ■ Prevents the generation of mud balls ■ Easy operation and management with a touch panel monitor ■ The condition of the filter media and raw water can be observed through a large inspection window ■ Cleaning with raw water *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
