The packaging for gift umeboshi (pickled plums) is designed to consider both the contents and weight, allowing for decorative elements in the dividers. The "G Flute" is an ultra-thin cardboard with a thickness of 0.9mm, contributing to the reduction of inventory space in warehouses. It excels in cushioning and impact resistance compared to paperboard packaging, making it effective for e-commerce, as well as providing excellent insulation and cooling effects. It is also microwave-safe, making it suitable for takeout. While printing on G Flute can be challenging, our company is capable of direct offset printing, eliminating the need for lamination and drying processes that are required with traditional cardboard boxes.
