The YJ series is a machine specialized in the manufacturing of springs with thick wire diameters. It is capable of handling oil-tempered wire with a tensile strength of over 2000 N/mm², making it particularly suitable for the production of suspension springs for electric vehicles and automobiles, where strength and thickness are essential. The operating software features a graphical interface and chart analysis functions, designed to allow operators to easily set up the springs.

The EF series is equipped with patented spring software, enabling intuitive chart programming. This significantly reduces the time lag between the movements of the axes, achieving smooth multi-axis control. As a result, production efficiency can be improved by two to three times compared to traditional cam-based machines.
