The recommended cutting speeds (m/min) are 85 to 175 for aluminum alloys, 40 to 90 for general steel, and 30 to 60 for stainless steel. We would like to introduce our product, the "Carbide Drill with Unequal Lead and 90° Chamfer for Aluminum DCA (for Tap Pilot Holes)." The tip angle is 140°, and the twist angle (unequal lead) ranges from 5° to 35°. The recommended cutting conditions are a cutting speed of 30 to 80 m/min and a feed rate of 0.02 to 0.06 mm/rev.
