Our "Flexible Die" allows for the punching of a wide variety of shapes with a long lifespan, and it is capable of punching hard materials such as rigid films, primarily for label cutting. We offer a standard type and a high-hardness type with significantly improved blade hardness. The high-hardness type, made possible through special heat treatment technology, boasts a lifespan approximately four times that of the standard type (according to our data). Additionally, a single die can simultaneously perform full cuts and half cuts, with blades of varying heights set as desired. The NSRe-250 is an intermittent printing press that adopts a sectional drive system and further pursues improvements in registration accuracy. The plate cylinder set has been simplified, and the impression pressure on/off operation is now a one-touch action, with the addition of an impression pressure reproduction function.
