The "Flash Dryer" rapidly introduces moist powder into a stream of hot air, causing it to collide with the hot air and instantly dry it while suspended in the drying tube. Due to the extremely fast drying speed of the raw materials (the time from introduction to drying is 2 to 5 seconds), it is possible to dry heat-sensitive materials.
