The "Glove Box" (our product name "Pure Box") is a product that allows handling and working with samples that cannot be managed in the air by using gloves attached to a highly airtight stainless steel container. In addition to providing an environment through the "manufacturing" of glove boxes and gas circulation purification devices, we are also committed to "unique development" aimed at the evolution of our devices every day. For example, responding to customer requests to reduce the vibration and noise of the device itself, we have developed a unique silencer, commercialized it, and received evaluations after installing it on customer devices. Additionally, it features voice recognition capabilities, allowing operation via voice without removing hands from the gloves. The "sheath heater" is a heater that has a spiral heating element filled with a highly dense insulating material (MgO) in the center of a metal pipe for good thermal conductivity. The heating wire (nichrome wire, iron-chromium wire) is placed inside a metal tube (sheath) with magnesia as the insulating material, and the filling density is increased through a drawing process to facilitate the transfer of heat from the heating wire to the surface of the metal tube.
