Heatstroke prevention sheet for factories and warehouses: "Prox Heat Shield Sheet"

Reflects up to 97% of radiant heat. It also suppresses heat intrusion from the roof and heat radiation from machinery, achieving improved air conditioning efficiency and energy savings for equipment.

The "Prox Thermal Insulation Sheet" is a thermal insulation sheet made from aluminum with a purity of 99%, which reflects up to 97% of radiant heat. By installing it under roofs or on machinery, it helps prevent indoor temperature rises and improves the environment of factories and warehouses during the summer, which can become "sauna-like." In tests conducted by our company, we measured the under-roof temperature in two buildings with the same structure on the same site, and found a maximum temperature suppression effect of 10°C compared to untreated areas. After installation, there are no running costs, and it allows for measures against heatstroke while reducing CO2 emissions and electricity consumption. 【Features】 ■ High-quality corrosion-resistant coating prevents a decrease in reflectivity and deterioration of the sheet. ■ Non-combustible certification obtained. Can be installed in factories and warehouses with interior restrictions under fire safety laws. ■ Enhances the thermal efficiency of equipment such as boilers, enabling energy savings. ■ Proven installation results in dryers, fryers, and baking machines. *For more details, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us. We are also providing materials that include installation examples.

Prox Heat Insulation Sheet - Monitoring Comparison for Detached House Attic Installation

Insulation sheets were installed in the attics of adjacent wooden houses under the same conditions! The temperature of a room with the same conditions and no openings was measured.

This is an introduction to a comparative monitoring conducted using our "Prox Thermal Insulation Sheet" installed in the attic of a detached house. We installed the thermal insulation sheet in the attic of an adjacent wooden house under the same conditions and measured the temperature of a room with the same conditions, without any openings. As a result, due to the overwhelming thermal insulation effect, heat was blocked from entering the room, resulting in a temperature difference of approximately 5°C during the day. [Conditions for the Measurement Period] - The measurement devices were installed in the same location and under the same conditions (the size of the room (6 tatami mats), the position, size, and direction of windows allowing sunlight were all the same). - No human activity took place in the relevant room. - The relevant room was not air-conditioned, and the doors were not opened or closed. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Heatstroke Prevention: Prox Thermal Insulation Sheet

Zero running costs! The effects will last semi-permanently as long as the building exists with just one application.

Are you taking measures against the heat with spot coolers, fans, or air-conditioned clothing? In reality, using fans or spot coolers in a high-temperature indoor environment does not fundamentally address the heat issue. Fundamental heat countermeasures involve preventing heat from the sun from entering the building. Our "Prox Heat Shield Sheet" reflects up to 97% of the sun's heat (radiant heat) when installed on the inside or outside of the roof. By preventing heat intrusion, it makes it difficult for indoor temperatures to rise, creating a comfortable space. 【Features】 ■ Reflects up to 97% of the sun's heat (radiant heat) ■ Makes it difficult for indoor temperatures to rise, creating a comfortable space ■ Zero running costs ■ Provides semi-permanent effectiveness with a single installation as long as the building exists *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Information] Principles of Heat Stroke (Factory and Warehouse Edition)

The interior of the building becomes sauna-like due to heat from the roof and outside air! The mechanism of heat buildup in factories and warehouses.

In the summer, the temperature of roofs can rise to 60-80°C due to radiant heat from the sun, creating a sauna-like condition inside the building due to the heat from the roof and the outside air. Heatstroke occurs when the body temperature exceeds the room temperature, making it difficult for heat to escape from the body, thereby increasing the risk of onset. This document introduces the principles of heatstroke in factories and warehouses. Please take a moment to read it. Installed on walls, ceilings, and attics! Here are examples of how we alleviated temperature differences and eliminated condensation!

"PRX-PED" is a Prox thermal insulation sheet that can also be used for condensation prevention. The cause of condensation is the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors. In highly airtight structures such as reinforced concrete or steel-framed buildings, the temperature difference between inside and outside can easily occur, leading to condensation. By installing this product on walls, ceilings, attics, etc., it is possible to reduce the temperature difference and make condensation less likely to occur. We have introduced examples of condensation prevention with photos and illustrations, so please feel free to download and take a look. [Example Content] ■1F: Food processing area with a warm environment due to heat sources ■2F: Office with a cool environment due to air conditioning Due to the temperature difference between the 1st and 2nd floors, condensation occurred on the entire staircase and wall, damaging the wall. Three Key Points of Prox Heat-Insulating Sheet

We apply a special coating to prevent "corrosion," which causes a decrease in reflectivity and deterioration of the sheet!

Here are three key points about the "Prox Thermal Insulation Sheet." The aluminum in this sheet is made from high-purity aluminum that has been thinly stretched into a sheet form, which is completely different from "vacuum-deposited aluminum" that is evaporated and adhered to the surface of materials. The corrosion-resistant coating helps to reduce the aging deterioration of the sheet and maintain a high reflectivity. Additionally, through performance evaluation tests, it has been certified as "non-combustible material" by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. 【Three Key Points】 ■ 99% aluminum purity results in a high reflectivity of 97% ■ The corrosion-resistant coating reduces aging deterioration of the sheet, maintaining high reflectivity (high quality) ■ As a non-combustible material, it can be installed in factories and warehouses with interior restrictions under fire safety laws *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
