Gore® HyperSeal® Gasket is a sealing material made from PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) resin, which possesses excellent versatility and performance as a sealing material, processed into a flexible and robust fibrous sheet through advanced special processing technology. Compared to conventional PTFE sheets, it is very soft and can be easily processed with a utility knife or similar tools. Due to its soft material, it has high adhesion and can be used on slightly uneven surfaces or flanges made of materials that are difficult to tighten, demonstrating its effectiveness in sealing for various applications. ● Raw sheet dimensions Thickness: 0.25/0.5/1.0/1.5/2/3/4/5/6.5/10 (mm) Sheet dimensions: 1500×1500 (mm) ● Reasons to choose Yuko Shokai - We always have raw sheets of 1500×1500 mm in stock, and if available, we can process them immediately! - We have cutting plotters and punching equipment, allowing us to handle everything from prototypes to mass production. - We can easily accommodate a wide range of flange diameters and complex shapes. - We can also perform processing in a clean room and annealing in a drying oven, delivering the products in the form desired by our customers.

Fluoropolymer (PTFE), which is a high-performance resin, excels in non-stick properties (slippery and difficult to adhere to), and this characteristic is utilized by coating the surface of frying pans to make them resistant to dirt. While the non-stick property is an advantage, it can also become a disadvantage when you want to stick something to the fluoropolymer or adhere it somewhere.
