We would like to introduce our wide-type ductile caster 'TBR' that we handle. From FCD (ductile cast iron) material and patented manufacturing methods, we have created casters that boast overwhelming toughness. Tohoku Vehicle's ductile casters have achieved durability that could not be obtained with ordinary cast iron. We offer a rich lineup ranging from a wheel diameter (D) of 100, with a permissible load of 140kg, and a wheel (W) made of rubber "100×50TBR B," to a wheel diameter (D) of 300, with a permissible load of 1610kg, and a wheel (W) made of urethane "300×100TBR ULB." We offer "PHN special phenolic resin wheels" that do not use harmful substances such as asbestos, as well as "VKHT heat-resistant hard rubber wheels" that utilize special rubber tires to absorb vibrations and shocks, and special heat-resistant grease in the swivel section. Tohoku Vehicle's ductile caster has achieved durability that ordinary cast iron could not provide. The bearing bronze bushing wheel comes with a nipple for improved maintenance. The bearing MC nylon wheel excels in lubrication and does not require greasing.
