We accept orders from small lots to large-scale production. This is made possible by our unique flexible line system. Utilizing fully automatic filling machines, high-speed automatic filling machines, and semi-automatic filling machines, we provide a "custom-made line" tailored to our customers' needs by rearranging the processes. We will blend according to the formulation management table that specifies the raw materials and quantities designated by the customer, using a large kettle. Since all settings such as temperature and time are managed electronically, stable quality can be maintained. After confirming the values with a Brix meter, we will proceed to the filling operation. We check the filling start time, expiration date printing, quantity, etc., and then the filling begins. We also check for any foreign matter using a weight checker and a metal detector, and all of this data is recorded in the filling management table for long-term storage. The labeling of products is done manually by skilled staff, allowing for more flexible responses compared to machines, which enables us to accept a variety of products in small lots.
