With the supply mechanism developed by our company, it has been proven that it can keep up with 60 cycles for packages containing two items. - Large Leaf Automatic Sorting Machine This automatic sorting machine inspects the size and defects of large leaves using image processing and dispenses them in stacks of 10, all facing the same direction, according to size. - Packing Device This device sucks up cylindrical products and packs them into boxes in a staggered arrangement. It aligns the products dispensed one by one from the preceding machine to their end face position, lifts 10 pieces, and can pack them in a staggered manner within the specified number of boxes, as well as handle odd quantities. - Syringe Alignment Machine This device aligns syringes, automatically converts the pitch, attaches strips, and dispenses them. It quickly aligns the syringes coming out of the preceding machine and cuts them in increments of 25.

This is a device that sucks in cylindrical products and arranges them in a staggered manner into boxes. It aligns and positions the products dispensed one by one from the preceding machine, lifts up to 10 products, and can staggeringly pack them into the box as per the set quantity. It also accommodates any excess. The boxes are linked with the conveyor for automatic replacement and positioning. It also includes an inspection for the presence or absence of contents in the boxes. This is a semi-automatic machine that operates by changing setups for 30 types of boxes using a cam and gear system. 【Process】 1. Automatic pickup from the stocker and automatic box forming (bottom hot melt) → Manual insertion of vials and instruction manuals → Determination of presence or absence of contents → Automatic sealing (top hot melt) 2. It quickly aligns the syringes coming from the previous machine and cuts them out in increments of 25.
