A "fluororesin belt" refers to a product that has a fluororesin coating applied to a fiber, or one that is made by laminating a fluororesin film onto rubber or polyester and processing it into a belt shape. At Koyo, we handle the fluororesin belt 'HT-FL', which is made by laminating a fluororesin film onto a fabric (sheet) coated with fluororesin on glass cloth. The "MF Series" is a product that features PTFE sheets and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene treated with a unique surface treatment and adhered with ultra-strong double-sided tape. By applying a unique surface treatment to products that were considered difficult to bond with PTFE and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, we have achieved adhesion with ultra-strong double-sided tape.
