The "KRS Series" is a drying treatment device with fermentation functionality that can recycle a wide variety of organic and plant-based waste into fertilizers and feed. The evaporated water vapor is sent to a cooling tower and dissipated into the air, resulting in a structure that does not generate treated water (wastewater). We are troubled because the results remain the same even after torque management and re-tightening. ↓ ■ Proposal Content ■ Upon calculating the full-face flange, it was found that the total cross-sectional area of the bolts was insufficient compared to the required total cross-sectional area. - Changed bolt classification from 4.8 to 8.8 - Changed gasket thickness from 1.5mm to 3mm to reduce necessary torque ↓ ■ After Improvement ■ Leakage stopped and the issue was resolved.
