The "TZH Master Series" is a nitrogen gas generation system that allows for the installation of multiple child units, which are only PSA units, alongside a parent unit equipped with control functions. The number of operating child units can be controlled via the touch panel of the parent unit according to the required amount of nitrogen gas. Up to three child units can be added as needed, and depending on the combination, the generation rate at 99.99% purity can be selected from 15 to 300 Nm3/h.
