I want to contribute to improving operability and maintainability by being involved from the on-site sketch, confirming the surrounding environment, and designing with an eye on the usage situation after completion. Using 2D/3D CAD (AutoCAD), I create drawings with three-dimensional models, allowing for quick identification of interference points even in complex routes. I utilize the piping stress analysis system "Auto PIPE" to examine and design various piping systems, from high-temperature and high-pressure piping to cryogenic piping such as LNG. Additionally, by simultaneously planning and designing piping support details, walkways, platforms, and stairs around the piping, I assist customers with their plant and piping design. We also handle the design of storage tanks, sanitary tanks, and No. 20 tanks. Additionally, we plan and design decks, platforms, stairs, and safety measures that are essential for factory equipment. "Jigs" are essential for manufacturing, processing products, assembling products, and conducting inspections. With our years of experience and technology, we assist our customers from the concept and design of jigs, helping them create the products they envision. We propose optimal ideas based on customer requests, present plans through 2D/3D modeling, and make it easier for them to visualize the final product. Additionally, we aim for safe and secure jig production using strength calculations.
