"Reactalize & Cal Suppli" is a silicate-based impregnating agent that prevents the intrusion of degrading factors such as water and carbon dioxide, making it ideal for concrete deterioration prevention measures. It features a triple mix formulation that maximizes the reactivity and solidification properties of sodium, potassium, and lithium. Additionally, it forms a C-S-H protective layer through a reliable reaction using a calcium co-application method. It eliminates the need for water curing, allowing for a reduction in construction time. The two-component system ensures reliable application through chemical reactions. The "Seal de Checker" is a seal that confirms the application of surface impregnation materials through alkaline discoloration. Many commercially available surface impregnation agents are colorless and transparent liquids, making it difficult to verify the application amount on-site. This led to the development of the Seal de Checker. The Seal de Checker works by allowing the surface impregnation material to pass through the upper water-absorbing sealant, causing the litmus paper underneath to change color. If the impregnation material is applied in excess of the required amount, it will change color completely, eliminating the need to measure the application weight. It enhances the permeability suppression performance of silicate-based materials and realizes labor-saving in construction verification. While a C-S-H protective layer is formed through the reaction between silicate-based materials and concrete, the water-repellent layer protects the reaction. It prevents reactions with water and carbon dioxide, maintaining the concrete's internal condition in a healthy state.
