We would like to introduce the "In-Mold Gate Cut Pin" manufactured by ALMO, which we handle. This product is effective not only for general molding materials but especially for gate cutting in molds using engineering plastics with high filler content. Compared to conventional cutting methods, it reduces processes, has a long lifespan, and allows for larger gate openings, leading to improvements in filling and holding pressure, thus contributing to enhanced molding quality and production efficiency. In addition to the existing cut pins, a new "Square Gate Cut Pin" has been introduced, which allows for the gate surface shape to be machined to match the product surface shape.
