"Deep drawing of titanium" involves two processes in deep drawing, where the height is increased by adjusting the relationship between length and diameter, considering the balance between diameter and height while slowly pressing the metal sheet with hydraulic pressure. Our deep drawing technique allows us to perform drawing processes with titanium, which are difficult even with conventional metals. This has been made possible through the cooperation of mold makers and press processing companies in Tsubame City, where we have cultivated our expertise over many years. Additionally, because titanium is delicate among metals, we use special lubricants to minimize material defects.
