Shimato Industrial Co., Ltd. introduced the "Dacrotized Treatment," a rust prevention process patented in various countries around the world, including Europe, the United States, and Japan, in 1991. This technology forms a silver-white coating with high corrosion resistance by bonding metallic zinc with trivalent chromium, and particularly, its processing method is excellent without the risk of pollution. At Shimato Industrial Co., Ltd., we have independently developed a deep drawing technology that produces beautiful surfaces without visible drawing wrinkles, and we offer anodized products that utilize the inherent luster of magnesium. Our anodizing process mainly consists of the "anodizing tank," "dyeing tank," and "sealing tank," and it undergoes a process almost identical to that of aluminum anodizing.
