"Highest" is a hand sanitizer with an alcohol content of 50% that is less likely to irritate the skin. It has the same bactericidal effect as JP (Japanese Pharmacopoeia) disinfectant ethanol during the recommended contact time of 30 to 60 seconds for hand disinfection using the rubbing method.
