Our company continues to take on the challenge of high-difficulty processing for aerospace parts, defense-related components, and confidential parts for research and development for certain companies. By introducing 5-axis machining centers, we have been able to consistently carry out a wide range of processing steps, reducing setup and processing time, and lowering costs. Our company mainly processes diesel engine parts for overseas automobile manufacturers. Utilizing the metal processing technology we have cultivated over many years, we have established a mass production system specialized in difficult-to-cut materials. By combining turret-type NC lathes with our self-developed automatic material supply system, we have achieved continuous operation 24 hours a day. The "PicoPika 500" is a unit-type spiral hydroelectric power generation device. The flow of water is energy, and PicoPika can convert that energy into electricity. It is capable of generating power with low head and low flow, ensuring an average household power consumption of 500W. The spiral water wheel has a shape that is resistant to debris, making maintenance and inspection easier. "PicoPika" is a spiral-type pico hydropower generation device developed with the aim of further promoting the explosive spread of small hydropower. It also serves as an environmental education material that discovers the hydropower energy that is still dormant and promotes local production and consumption of energy. As part of our small hydropower promotion activities, we conduct assembly workshops in various locations, primarily at elementary schools in Gifu Prefecture. The spiral part of PicoPika is made using recycled plastic bottle caps collected by children.
