The "ST Series" is a substrate warpage correction system realized through a combination of heating machines, warpage correction machines, and cooling devices that incorporate our company's know-how. Substrates are quickly heated in a conveyor furnace using far-infrared heaters. A fan gradually cools the substrates at room temperature, minimizing warpage return.
