We would like to introduce our "Surface Treatment Technology." To enhance durability and maintain beauty, we perform surface treatment on extruded aluminum profiles. We remove any residual oil and natural oxide film from the surface, then immerse the aluminum profiles in an electrolytic solution to create an electrochemically formed oxide film. We would like to introduce our "Extrusion Technology." Extrusion is a processing method suitable for soft metals like aluminum, allowing for the relatively easy production of complex cross-sectional shapes. By placing a heated billet into an extruder and applying pressure, aluminum profiles are created in the shape of the die hole.
