Since the basket swings inside and above the tank, it minimizes the expulsion and entrapment of air within the products, and the swinging system prevents the transfer of liquid to the next tank. By adopting a storage mechanism for both raw and baked materials, all operational activities can be managed by one operator and one supervisor.
