Our company has achieved a reduction in assembly processes by integrally forming three thin plate springs. Additionally, we have realized high-speed production of glossy stainless steel wire, which was previously considered impossible, through our unique tooling technology, establishing it over many years. We will also achieve processing that was thought to be impossible with the "know-how" and "new ideas" we have accumulated. Furthermore, we can provide ultra-small wire springs with a wire diameter of 0.035mm and a free length of 3.6mm, which is about half the thickness of a human hair. This is one of the products that demonstrates our high level of technological capability and precision.
