We are confident in manufacturing mold parts for electronic devices that require micron-level precision through discharge and grinding processes. We are also continually challenging ourselves with direct engraving of hardened materials using MC and automatic shaping grinding/contouring processing with NC grinding machines. Mold manufacturing, an essential technology in manufacturing, is a culmination of our dedication from parts production to finishing techniques. In our mold manufacturing department, we not only focus on the assembly and finishing of newly created molds but also accumulate improvement know-how for rental molds, so please feel free to consult with JASPEC.

We can handle materials such as POM/PA (including 66 nylon), LCP, PEEK, PC, PS, PPS, PBT, and PP. Please also trust us with resin containing 30% glass and super engineering plastic heat-resistant resin molding. We are actively challenging composite molding such as insert molding and hoop molding. We have molding machines ranging from 15 tons to 200 tons, and we accept not only mass production of in-house manufactured molds but also contract molding.

Integrated production of switches, relays, etc. (automotive and consumer). We manufacture waterproof structure products using seal material characteristic analysis technology and ultrasonic swaging processing technology. To improve production efficiency and quality, we create our own automated machines and respond accordingly, while also obtaining IATF16949 to further strengthen our quality system.

We own two three-dimensional measuring machines, and we utilize these machines to conduct daily quality checks of our products. By operating both measuring machines, we eliminate waiting time for measurements and improve measurement efficiency.

By implementing a production management system, we are conducting comprehensive management from materials to shipping. By linking it with the molding machines, we can check the current status in real time. We manage the progress against the production schedule and aggregate defects, thereby establishing a waste-free production system.

We have an equipment technology department within the company. By utilizing the developed equipment, we are promoting rationalization and labor-saving by semi-automating and automating processes that were previously done manually. Additionally, we are achieving the maintenance and improvement of quality by reducing variations in work. We are also actively introducing robot control technology and image processing technology to contribute to improvements on-site.

The Equipment Technology Division designs and manufactures automated machines utilizing robot control technology. These automated machines are also used in our own assembly processes, achieving improvements in quality, labor reduction, and increased takt time.
