At Okuyama Manufacturing, we design, manufacture, and sell "Mobile Coolers" that utilize well water. *Images of the actual product are available. 【Features of the Mobile Cooler】 ● The mobile cooler is a floor-standing type and is portable. ● It supplies cool air equivalent to 25 kW using well water at 15°C for extremely hot work environments. ● When using well water, the electricity cost is 1/8 to 1/10 compared to air conditioning (including the electricity cost of the water pump). Additionally, if factory chilled water can be utilized, it can achieve a cooling capacity of up to 50 kW (varies with chilled water temperature). ● We deliver peace of mind and reliability with a fully domestic product developed in collaboration with a Japanese heat exchanger manufacturer. ● The main body of the mobile cooler is made entirely of stainless steel 304 (excluding the blower and heat exchanger). (Fans can be made of SUS304 upon special order, and the body can also be changed to SUS316L.) ● The fin-and-plate type high-performance heat exchanger comes standard with a fluorine coating on the inside. ● The airflow can be varied with an inverter, reaching a maximum of 11,000 N㎥/H (at 60Hz). ● The design takes into account fan noise, which was a major issue (60Hz, 60dB at 1m from the unit). ● For installation locations with poor water quality, an indirect heat exchanger can be installed as an option. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Currently, with the air conditioning systems in buildings, when windows and doors are opened for ventilation, there is a lack of heating and cooling capacity. Sufficient ventilation cannot be achieved with just windows and doors. An ideal ventilation system using a heat exchanger can be designed with consideration for the air conditioning load. According to the Building Management Act, mechanical ventilation is set at 30 m³/h per person. There are guidelines from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for determining ventilation airflow. For example, consider a waiting room in a hospital where 70 people, including staff and patients, are gathered. Since the ventilation amount per person is 30 m³/h, we can calculate the ventilation airflow. 30 m³/h × 70 people = 2100 m³/h, which is equivalent to 35 m³/min of ventilation airflow. Additionally, we are proposing modifications to address the boiler issues for the years 2030 and 2050 by using chillers for dehumidification, cooling, and heating (humidification) systems with heat exchangers. We are also open to consultations regarding air conditioning systems using large airflow air handling units.
