● Painting Colors are sprayed onto the bottle. It is possible to finish in your company's image color or other desired colors, including gradients and UV cuts. ● Frosting The bottle is made to look like frosted glass, giving a sense of heaviness in appearance and touch. It creates a luxurious feel with its unique texture and tactile quality, setting it apart from others. ● Colored Bottles The bottle itself can be colored in your desired shade during molding. Adding pearl materials can enhance its shine. ● Silk Screen Printing One of the most common printing methods, achieving low costs. It is less affected by the color of the material, resulting in vibrant colors. ● Hot Stamping This is a decorative method that meets requests for a more luxurious appearance, such as using gold or silver. There are various types, including glossy, matte textures, and holograms, creating a sense of specialness. ● Transfer Often used for color matching in printing or when using multiple colors. It is also possible to transfer photographs. Colorful designs can be completed in one process, accurately reproducing fine details. ● Vacuum Metallization Adds a sense of luxury to caps and pumps. Since it does not embed metal, it is recyclable.

Our printing department is capable of printing on a wide range of materials including glass, plastic, and metal. ● Multi-Color Printing We are one of the few factories that can print in color on bottles using combinations of red, blue, yellow, and black. ● Direct Hot Stamping This is a method of applying gold or silver foil to bottles. ● Process Hot Stamping We are one of the few factories that can achieve the technique of placing foil over ink on plastic bottles. ● Various Machines Printing machines: a total of 8 lines HS machines: a total of 5 lines

In the product inspection area where quality control is conducted, high-power air purifiers are installed as equipment to prevent the intrusion of foreign substances and dust. The inspection room is carefully partitioned with clear curtains, and if the customer has specific standards, inspections can be conducted based on those criteria. ● Fabric Inspection In the clean room where product inspections are conducted, air purified by HEPA filters is continuously ventilated from above, allowing inspections to be carried out in an environment that removes over 99.99% of dirt particles measuring 0.3μm. Fabric inspection is the first stage of inspection, where containers before processing, such as printing and hot stamping, are examined. Various inspections are conducted for dirt, scratches, deformation, foreign matter contamination, and more. This is an important inspection that helps reduce the defect rate by avoiding unnecessary processing of defective fabrics. ● Finished Product Inspection Containers after decoration, such as printing and hot stamping, are inspected. This is the final inspection before shipping products to customers. Inspections are conducted for misalignment of decoration, peeling, color tone, dirt, and other factors. ● Various Inspections Suitability inspections of containers and their accessories are conducted using vacuum tests and torque meters. In-house operations include inserting seals into caps and adjusting the length of dispenser pipes.
