Aluminum vapor-deposited films, which are widely used in food packaging, have previously been disposed of as industrial waste without being recycled. Amica Himawari has successfully taken in these aluminum vapor-deposited films, which are difficult to reuse, for a fee, and has pelletized them (Amica pellets) by mixing them with another thermoplastic resin and subjecting them to crushing and heating treatment, helping to transform them into new products.
