We would like to propose a digital camera-style counting device for customers who are struggling with such quantity confirmations. 【Specifications】 - This product can count inspection materials without contact. - The detection principle counts the gaps between inspection materials and displays the quantity result. It uses a new technology combining image processing and AI to detect those gaps, allowing for more accurate counting than traditional counters. - The digital camera is connected to a counting processing PC via Wi-Fi, and images captured by the camera are automatically transferred to the PC. The quantity result is displayed approximately 10 to 15 seconds after the shutter operation. 【Applicable Thickness】 - The thickness that can be counted ranges from 0.4mm to 9.0mm (depending on the stacking height). 【Accuracy】 - The counting accuracy varies depending on how the inspection materials are stacked and the condition of the sides of the inspection materials. The "dry circulator" applies solid lubricant to the wheel flange, forming a good lubrication film to prevent wear on the wheel flange. The "rail lubricator for cranes" can extend the wheel replacement cycle by 4 to 5 times and the rail cycle by 2 to 3 times.
