At Sanjin Giken, we offer a variety of feeding devices for press processing coil materials, including air feeders, gripper feeders, and NC roll feeds. We provide custom design and manufacturing tailored to our customers' plans and budgets, as well as trials and after-sales service, ensuring a consistent and meticulous manufacturing process. "SFL" is a fine leveler (precision leveler) for press-processed coil materials and a coil straightening device (coil strainer). It is equipped with a head-up function for the top straightening rolls, which opens up to 40°, making cleaning operations easy. It is suitable for high-speed press processing of materials requiring high flatness precision, such as iron, brass, and stainless steel. The "Loading Robot" is a device that automatically loads and unloads workpieces into and out of a press machine (loader/unloader). Compared to multi-joint robots, it has lower degrees of freedom (versatility), but we are pursuing the development of a low-cost, high-performance, and highly efficient device based on the concept of one product, one standard. It has a conveying mechanism synchronized with the main press machine. There are two types of drive methods: mechanical transfer (cam) and servo transfer.
