"Copper processing" is one of our core businesses. We have extensive experience in the manufacturing of bus bars, known as copper strips (conductors), used in electrical circuits, with a monthly usage of approximately 30 tons of copper material. We have established a dedicated line with advanced technical capabilities and comprehensive facilities to meet all needs in copper processing. Through processes such as drilling, tapping, bending, and silver brazing, we can accommodate complex shapes and create various forms of copper strips. Additionally, we may perform plating treatments with silver, tin, or nickel to prevent discoloration and maintain aesthetic appeal. After receiving an order, we respond to customer requests with a consistent system from design to various processing and quality inspection. • Processing Contract

The "e-cos" is an assembly-type enclosure that adopts a rivet assembly method with a long track record, achieving the simplicity and quality stability of being weld-free, along with strength surpassing that of welding. It is possible to handle the entire product suite comprehensively, providing seamless and consistent support from structural design to assembly wiring. The structure is robust, demonstrating high rigidity with a load-bearing capacity of 2000 kg. Additionally, it allows for customized exterior designs and considers environmental factors by adopting weld-free and powder coating methods. 【Features】 ■ The basic structure of the corners is standardized by using rivets and pressed parts. ■ The frame has the same shape structure on the front, back, top, and bottom, making it simple and highly versatile, and suitable for processing by automatic machines. ■ Square holes are arranged at 25 mm pitch in the columns inside the frame. ■ The use of e-nuts (optional surface-inserted nuts) allows for flexible panel mounting. ■ One-touch hinges are adopted, enabling door installation on the front, back, and both sides. ■ The nut diameter for the hanging base accommodates M12 (built-in), M16, M20, and M24. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
