We would like to introduce our sample provision. The product name is TN315NY-T3 (for general turbid water treatment), which is a type that aggregates turbidity components. If the aggregation effect is not recognized, we will propose an appropriate coagulant or treatment method for that wastewater. The quantity and packaging are 100g/bag, and we will provide it to up to 10 companies per month. 【Overview】 ■ Product Name: TN315NY-T3 (for general turbid water treatment), a type that aggregates turbidity components ■ Quantity and Packaging: 100g/bag ■ Frequency: Up to 10 companies per month *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe will introduce the treatment of wastewater containing PFOS and PFOA. The treatment method involves adding 1% NAC-01 to simulated raw water, stirring for 10 minutes, then adding 0.05% TN315NY-T3, followed by 1 minute of strong stirring and 2 minutes of weak stirring. The supernatant is then filtered through 5A filter paper and sent to the Japan Food Analysis Center for analysis. The results showed that the raw water had a pH of 6.5 with PFOS and PFOA levels at 0.00058 mg/L, while the treated water had a pH of 7.0 with no detectable PFOS or PFOA. 【Treatment Method】 ■ Add 1% NAC-01 to simulated raw water and stir for 10 minutes. ■ Add 0.05% TN315NY-T3, followed by 1 minute of strong stirring and 2 minutes of weak stirring. ■ Filter the supernatant through 5A filter paper and send it to the Japan Food Analysis Center for analysis. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to present the test results of the coagulation treatment of hexavalent chromium-containing wastewater from an industrial waste disposal site using our inorganic powder coagulant, "Super Namit." 500 ppm of "TN315CK" was added to the raw water, followed by strong stirring for 1 minute and weak stirring for 2 minutes. The supernatant was then filtered through a rayon non-woven fabric with a mesh size of 20 μm, and the filtered water was prepared for measurement. As a result, it was found that it is possible to reduce the hexavalent chromium concentration to below the environmental standard value of 0.05 mg/L. 【Treatment Conditions】 - 500 ppm of "TN315CK" was added to the raw water, followed by strong stirring for 1 minute and weak stirring for 2 minutes. - The supernatant was filtered through a rayon non-woven fabric with a mesh size of 20 μm, and the filtered water was prepared for measurement. - The measurement of hexavalent chromium concentration was conducted using a pack test. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce the test results of removing turbidity components and others through coagulation treatment using the inorganic powder coagulant "Super Namit." The treatment target is the mixed water of leachate from a landfill and boiler-related wastewater discharged from industrial waste treatment facility boiler equipment, which is stored in a retention pond. It was found that using "TN315NY-T5" can significantly reduce turbidity components easily. 【Treatment Conditions】 - After adding "TN315NY-T5" at 500 ppm to the raw water, strong stirring (1000 rpm) was conducted for 1 minute, followed by weak stirring (200 rpm) for 2 minutes. - The supernatant was analyzed as treated water. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to present an overview of the results of treatment tests conducted using special adsorbents and the inorganic powder coagulant "Super Namit" for the wastewater from the fuel oil tanks of a thermal power plant. The concentrations of oil and COD components were lower than expected; however, after performing adsorption treatment using the special adsorbents "CS-05" and "NAC-01," we were able to easily reduce COD Mn and n-hexane extractable substances by conducting coagulation treatment with our product. We obtained colorless and transparent treated water. 【Treatment Conditions】 ■ Added 0.3% of the special oil adsorbent CS-05 and stirred for 10 minutes. ■ Added 0.5% of the special powdered activated carbon "NAC-01" and stirred for 10 minutes, then added 500 ppm of "TN315NY-T3," stirred vigorously for 1 minute and gently for 2 minutes to coagulate and form flocs. ■ Filtered this using ADVANTEC No. 5A quantitative filter paper and requested analysis from a certified measurement facility. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to present the results of tests conducted on linen washing wastewater using the inorganic powder coagulant "Super Namit" for adsorption, coagulation, and decomposition coagulation treatment. By adding a pretreatment agent at 0.05% and the COD decomposer "NAS-01" at 0.05%, along with "TN315-T3" at 0.05%, we confirmed the formation of large flocs, resulting in a colorless and transparent solution that significantly reduces COD. It is believed that by passing this treated water through an activated carbon adsorption tower, it can be reduced to below the target COD value of 30 mg/L. 【Experiment-1】 ■ 0.25% and 0.5% of "NAC-01" were added to the raw water and stirred for 10 minutes. ■ Then, after adding 0.05% of "TN315NY-S1," strong stirring (1000 rpm) was conducted for 1 minute, followed by weak stirring (200 rpm) for 2 minutes. ■ The supernatant was analyzed as treated water. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationFulvic acid" is a valuable organic acid extracted from peat, which is the precursor to coal and oil, formed from organic matter such as plants and algae that existed on Earth over 100 million years ago, through repeated humification over a long period of time, at a rate of about 0.2%. It has a chelating effect that ionizes minerals finely, increasing the absorption rate to a high value of 97%. It is said to have effects such as antibacterial action, promotion of enzyme activation, enhancement of plant growth, and deodorizing effects. 【Features】 ■ Antibacterial action ■ Promotion of enzyme activation ■ Deodorizing effect ■ Increases absorption rate to a high value of 97% by finely ionizing minerals *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
