Baking soda electrolyzed water and electrolyzed alkaline water disperse and detach dirt through the repulsive force of anions (negatively charged ions). When the surface of the dirty substance and the item being cleaned become negatively charged, the repulsive force causes the dirt to separate from the item being cleaned. As a result, the dirt is finely dispersed and does not return to the item being cleaned. Baking soda electrolyzed water generates bicarbonate ions and carbonate ions in addition to hydroxide ions, resulting in a solution that contains more anions.
