Koryo Spring Manufacturing Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells various types of springs and conducts general machining. At the same time, we can perform machining with fixed 4 and 5 axes, and we can work with materials such as SS, SUS, AL, brass, resin, and high-hardness materials, producing shapes without limitation, including turning and milling of round bars, square bars, and shaped materials. We also respond to casting (aluminum, FC, FCD, SUS) from mold making to processing and surface treatment with short lead times. 【Features】 ■ We can create molds considering the design, 2D, and 3D data, taking into account draft angles and casting defects after 3D modeling (surface alignment of 3D data can also be modified). ■ We produce prototypes using sand molds and conduct shape and strength inspections before mass production. ■ In 1996, we introduced a 4-axis machining center, and in 1999, we introduced a 5-axis machining center. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
