I-DEN has developed a consistent production system (design → sheet metal → painting → assembly) as a unique production method, along with IWS production (I-DEN Wiring Solution) and WELDLESS construction methods. 【IWS Production Method】 The IWS production method involves creating virtual wiring data on CAD, which is then utilized for automatic processing of wires, automatic component attachment by robots, and wiring instructions for workers. ■Advantages - The number of wires and details of materials can be understood at the design stage, allowing for accurate cost estimation. - Clarifying manufacturing procedures enables traceability of wiring, proving effective for repeat and mass-produced items. - 24-hour automatic processing of wires significantly shortens delivery times. 【WELDLESS Construction Method】 As the name suggests, the WELDLESS construction method involves manufacturing enclosures without welding, using adhesives and rivets to maintain strength equivalent to that of welding methods. ■Advantages - The processes of distortion removal, acid washing, and re-polishing, which are necessary in welding methods, are eliminated, achieving cost reduction. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

In 2017, Aiden began production in Vietnam. By introducing a consistent production system and the IWS production method, it became possible to manufacture products of the same quality as in Japan at a lower cost.
