Forging is a processing method that applies pressure to metal to induce plastic deformation, and "cold forging" refers to forging that is performed at room temperature by applying pressure to metals (such as steel and non-ferrous metals). Our company mainly handles metal materials such as steel, aluminum, and copper. Since forging is done at room temperature, the freedom of processing is not as high as that of hot or warm forging, but it is a method that results in a beautiful surface finish and high dimensional accuracy. As a result, there are many cases where no post-processing is required, or only grinding is sufficient, making it suitable for low-cost mass production.
