Our employees are engaged in mold manufacturing as "multi-skilled workers." A single technician is responsible for the manufacturing, trial, and final customer confirmation trials of molds for each product (regardless of tandem or PRG). We have 10 trial presses at our company. For high-difficulty products and products with long processes, we can confirm all press processes and focus on the "flow" of processing. Adjustments due to various changes during the trial press (processing position, pressure, etc.) can be made smoothly without taking time. Additionally, the shapes for the unfolding trials are created using a laser processing machine. Long circumferences and skeletons for PRG-type unfolding can be processed in a short time, allowing us to quickly derive the blank line. Our company uses CAD/CAM systems and CAE simulation analysis systems to design press mold drawings and create machining data, and we manufacture molds using machining centers and wire cutting. In the development of blank shapes, we strive to respond flexibly to customer requests by using fiber laser processing machines. Our company utilizes CAD/CAM systems and CAE simulation systems to design press mold drawings and create processing data, thereby designing molds. We produce NC data for machining from the mold manufacturing drawings and process them using machining centers and wire-cut electric discharge machines.
