- The dilution ratio can be adjusted according to the odor intensity of the odor source, allowing for deodorization with the optimal dilution solution tailored to your needs. - The only utilities required are "tap water" and "100V power supply." "NT Hyper" is an activated carbon (crushed form) deodorant using an oxidation catalyst to remove complex odors (acidic gases, basic gases, sulfur-based gases) generated from sewage treatment facilities. Halogen compounds and metal catalysts are attached to the activated carbon. Hydrogen sulfide (acidic gas) is oxidized to sulfur dioxide (SO₂), reducing its concentration to below 0.01 ppm. In recent years, regulations regarding odors have been increasing among environmental issues, and our activated carbon adsorption tower is the type of equipment most widely used for the removal of substances commonly referred to as unpleasant odors. - The device contains activated carbon inside, and it is a system that adsorbs odorous gases onto the activated carbon. - Utilizing the adsorption capacity of activated carbon, it has recently been used not only for the eight major odorous substances in sewage treatment but also for gases with small particles, such as incense. We always consider the maximum removal efficiency and minimum cost based on the location of odor gas generation, treatment airflow, and concentration, and we propose a type of deodorization equipment tailored to our customers' needs.

• Gas recovery/treatment equipment

The exhaust gas treatment device is a system that removes gases by introducing acidic, alkaline, and organic gases into a device where water or chemical solutions are circulated, allowing for gas removal through gas-liquid contact. The PB scrubber ensures that gas-liquid countercurrent contact occurs reliably and uniformly. Thanks to a special spraying method, it distributes evenly, preventing clogging. Compared to conventional scrubbers, it has a more compact volume, and the pressure loss within the tower remains stable at around 80 mmAq. The main body of the washing tower, circulation tank, pump, and accessories are made of rigid PVC or FRP, ensuring corrosion resistance and durability. There are options for water washing and chemical washing methods. An explosion-proof version made entirely of stainless steel is also available. It is possible to incorporate a system that adjusts the pH value of the wastewater to meet water quality standards before discharge.
