At Nishiyama Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we perform TIG welding and CO2 welding. In TIG welding, inert gases such as argon and helium are blown to protect the molten metal part of the base material from the atmosphere during the welding process. Additionally, CO2 welding may be used even when TIG welding is possible, as it concentrates thermal energy and allows for deeper penetration. Welding is simple yet requires skill. If precision-manufactured parts become distorted during assembly or welding, all the effort is in vain.
