Cool Muscle 3 is a new dimension AC servo system that combines the features of stepping motors and servo motors. The concept is "ease of use," allowing direct control of Cool Muscle 3 from a PLC, eliminating the need for an external driver, and offering integrated models with PLC functionality for space-saving solutions. 【Features】 Closed-loop control enables high positioning accuracy and control without losing steps. Additionally, improved resolution supports parameters from 300 to 12,000 (PULSE/revolution). Vector control reduces pulsation between each step, allowing for smooth control, which decreases vibration and noise, resulting in quieter operation compared to conventional stepping motors. All necessary functions for motor control are built-in, enabling the realization of an integrated system with IoT functionality. By incorporating the encoder, driver, and controller into the motor, space-saving and reduced wiring can be achieved. The rated torque (in the mid-low speed range) is large, and it can support a maximum speed of up to 5000 rpm. High acceleration and deceleration control significantly shortens repetitive operation time and enhances responsiveness.

• Servo motor

As of April 1, 2021, measures to prevent health hazards related to metal arc welding and similar work have become mandatory.
