Chushin Industrial Co., Ltd. manufactures and proposes prototype equipment and prototype parts for major manufacturers, from production to assembly, trial operation, and installation. In the past, we have produced mass-produced items such as rails for LCD glass transport equipment, frames for LCD glass substrate transfer equipment, frames for silicon cutting equipment for solar panels, and frames for electronic component manufacturing equipment. In the early days, we received orders from several trailer manufacturers and produced almost all types of trailer frames. In 2009, we were awarded for achieving a cumulative production of 10,000 units. The origin of Chuzan Industrial's production equipment manufacturing lies in various types of cranes. We began manufacturing in the 1950s and have produced over 1,000 units in total. All of our products are custom-made to suit our customers' production items. Furthermore, cranes with a lifting capacity of 5 tons or more cannot be manufactured without manufacturing approval. Our company has obtained manufacturing approval for up to 30 tons. Chuzan Industrial Co., Ltd. manufactures "aircraft jigs" for CFRP used in the B787 through a collaborative system that combines the machining technology of Company A, a tool manufacturer, and our canning and welding technology. The B787 is a next-generation commercial aircraft. Since the structural components of the aircraft are very large, the jigs are also large and require ultra-high precision.
