We offer a "joint-type traveling pouring robot" that runs on rails and pours into a casting machine installed along the rails. The length of the rails can be adjusted according to the actual conditions on site, allowing for increases or decreases from the standard 5m. The "PR4C-B" is a joint-type stationary robot that draws molten metal from a furnace located at the rear and pours it into a casting machine installed at the front. If the casting machine is unable to pour due to a malfunction or other reasons, the robot will automatically return the molten metal to the original furnace after a certain period of time, even if it is still drawing the metal.
