We would like to introduce our product, the "H.E. Round Waveguide." This product offers very high performance due to the absence of reflective surfaces. The internal cross-sectional shape of the tube is made to the same dimensions as the flange diameter, allowing for the maintenance of high performance. Here we introduce an example of a "housing" that incorporates electrical components, which we processed through metalworking. The images shown are just a few examples, but there are various sizes and shapes, with a track record of hundreds of types. • Processing Contract

We would like to introduce a case of a "shock absorber" that protects the optical equipment mounted on hygiene from vibrations, which was processed by our company. This product is made of 64 titanium and has a very high level of processing difficulty. The coiled spring part is processed using wire cutting. We would like to introduce a case of a "lens tube" for a camera mounted on an artificial satellite that was processed at our company. The material is 64 titanium, which is very strong and commonly used in aerospace applications. This material tends to warp during processing, so high-level machining technology is required to achieve high precision. The internal structure of the cylinder has all precision measurements, such as diameter, roundness, concentricity, and cylindricity, within 5μ, which was very challenging, but we were able to accomplish it. We would like to introduce a case of "fitting" that we processed in our company. The cylindrical part of this product is over 200mm deep and has a wall thickness of only 1.6mm, making the processing difficulty very high. The center position of the cylindrical shape and the base part at the back must be crafted to within 5μ. We would like to introduce a case of the "Ion Engine Plate" that was processed at our company. This product is the base of the ion engine of Hayabusa2, which was launched in 2012. By fully utilizing the potential of a 5-axis machining center, we achieved high machining precision.
