The cracker unit, which is key to the egg cracking performance, is equipped with high-performance components similar to those found in our higher-class egg cracking machines, allowing anyone to crack eggs accurately and continuously with simple operation. The QK-30 Series is available in three types: - "QK-30M (Motor)" is a tabletop automatic type equipped with a motor. - "QK-30W (Wagon)" is an automatic type integrated with a wagon on casters. - "QK-30T (Hand Crank)" is a manual type with a hand crank, requiring no power supply. You can choose according to your usage environment and needs.

"BEX" is an abnormal egg detection device that further enhances the judgment algorithm of pattern recognition methods, dramatically improving inspection accuracy. It automatically determines eggshell color, eliminating the need to switch setting values for different eggshell colors. The "CEX" is a crack detection device that achieves high precision and stable inspection without being affected by driving noise or other disturbances that hinder the detection accuracy of conventional acoustic analysis methods, thanks to its newly developed "vibration analysis method." It distinguishes between normal eggs and cracked eggs by lightly bouncing a tactile sensor's probe on the eggshell surface and measuring the differences in rebound force.
