This is a domestic BaaS (Backend as a Service) solution that fully supports OAuth2.0 and OpenID Connect. ■ Implementation and management are overwhelmingly easy: All the functions necessary for implementing an authorization server and OpenID provider are defined as Web APIs and provided to customers. This eliminates the need for customers to prepare an authorization database, significantly reducing the implementation workload. After implementation, server configuration management can be done from the console, and updates are made as specifications change, making operations simple. ■ Focused on authorization: To publish APIs, mechanisms such as API management, ID management, authentication, and authorization are required. However, Authlete has a unique architecture focused on authorization, allowing it to be combined with any API management, ID management, or authentication solution. It can be used in combination with existing in-house authentication systems or API gateways. ■ Designed with multiple service implementation in mind: Many existing services require an authorization server/OpenID provider for each service, but with Authlete, centralized management is possible.
