This is a powder feeder that accommodates a wide range of pressures, from low pressure to high pressure atmospheres. It can supply powder with high precision not only for conventional thermal spraying and cold spray equipment but also for various devices such as 3D printers and powder welding machines. The filling capacity (hopper capacity) is 3 liters, but it can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.

• Other surface treatment equipment

We have developed our own thermal spraying equipment, contributing to improved production efficiency, shortened delivery times, and cost reduction. In prototyping, we can flexibly respond to our customers' requests. We will propose the optimal thermal spraying process based on the desired functions, materials, applications, and usage environments. Additionally, we are actively engaged in thermal spraying, including development, and can flexibly handle high-difficulty thermal spraying, such as the development of thermal spray powders, thermal spray equipment, thermal spray jigs, and special masking, as needed.

• Processing Contract

In high-temperature environments such as furnaces, coatings that are only applied will peel off quickly. The sprayed ceramic coating is highly durable even at high temperatures and can emit far-infrared radiation without delaminating for an extended period. The product size can be applied to large heaters up to 3 meters square.

• Other semiconductor manufacturing equipment

The raw rubber cut with a cutter is less likely to stick to the cutter, improving workability. In cases where Teflon coating alone wears out quickly, we recommend Plasma Giken's ceramic thermal spraying combined with Teflon coating. This ensures that the Teflon film lasts for a long time without wearing out.

• Other machine elements

Cold spray is a new coating method that accelerates powder using a high-speed flow of inert gas, allowing it to collide with and deform the substrate, resulting in a strong bond and layering. Unlike thermal spraying, it layers the powder without melting it, preventing oxidation of the coating and eliminating the need to heat the substrate to high temperatures like in welding, thus avoiding thermal deformation or alteration of the substrate. Layering of various metals is possible. It allows not only the layering of metals of the same type as the substrate but also the joining of dissimilar metals and the direct deposition of metal onto ceramic substrates.
