The Hybrid Core Pin (R) is a next-generation core pin that employs friction welding technology to join dissimilar metal materials. For the tip portion that comes into contact with molten materials such as aluminum, we use YXR33, which has excellent high-temperature strength characteristics, and for the base portion, we use DAC, which has superior toughness.
